Vault-Vertical Assault Soldier System (Multicam, Black & Blue Available)

Vault was launched in 2020 and is the most technical and operationally capable Soldier System available at this time. It is the only one in the world that is certified to BSEN: 361 for both sternum and dorsal lift. The harness is covertly manufactured within the vest system and is the first of its kind. It has two indigenous sit harnesses. One for urban and all operational needs that is covertly built into the MOLLE Belt. The second is the first sit harness of its kind that is purposely designed for Maritime Interdiction (MI-Ops). We have also developed dedicated waterproof pouches. Gone are the days where you have to buy a mountain/commercial sit harness and adapt it. When the systems are combined we meet BSEN: 361/12277/358/813. To further improve the operational spectrum we added 813 so you can use them in a jungle canopy. Again the only system of its kind. The Vault Vertical Assault LCP System is a multi-mission specific Torso Sub System (TSS) that can and does enhance the Generic Soldier Architecture (GSA) and meets Def-Stan 2312, answering the needs and demands of the soldier in today's various theatres of combat.

Scalability

The Crib Gogh TSS platforms are the only systems that come with a genuine scalability that is not only multifunctional and multi-operational, but also unique in the fact that they have no hook or loop in the systems. We were the first company in 2009 to develop the only seamlessly integrated system that others are now following. All of the Crib Gogh Systems utilise our unique and patented buckle systems that not only enhance mobility and movement, they also make scaling up or down simplistic and fast. As protection is becoming more and more crucial and mission complexity increasing, the physical demands on the soldier are ever expanding. Mission specific needs mean that it is vital to have load carriage that integrates with the system and options with that load carriage that are tailored to the unique requirements of specialist terrains. The Vault LCP takes these operational factors into account and becomes a risk to life solution that increases the survivability and the lethality of the dismount in the execution of their duties. It is only system that you can use in the Desert, the Jungle or the Arctic, as in each of these domains hook and loop systems tend to fail with alarming frequency.

Weight Distribution

Crib Gogh have worked with the Royal College of Physicians and have developed what is regarded as one of the best weight distribution systems (WDS) in service at this time. Unique in its features it not only works with the muscular-skeletal chassis it enhances air flow and cooling, giving higher levels of comfort and increases the survivability of the dismount with high trauma reduction properties that were tested by both His Britannic Majesty’s Defence Scientific and Technology Laboratories and Helston Forensic Laboratories stating that the WDS increases the survivability of the wearer by 60% over the next best vest in NATO

The Vault LCP is designed to preserve life in a combat situation, Crib Gogh Ltd approached the problem by ensuring the necessary components of the system are compliant and certified to:

• STANAG 2895 Extreme climatic conditions and derived conditions for use in defining design/test criteria for NATO forces materiel.

• BS 5131, Part 11 : 1981 (1992) Tensile Strength of buckles (derived from foot wear as no vest standard existed)

The WDS (weight distribution system ) was shot and tested at Helston Forensic Laboratory and show an increase of over 60% in the reduction of back-face trauma increasing the survivability of the end user by over 50%. Another Crib Gogh first is we have the Soft Armour System that is compliant to a modified version of a SOLAS standard meeting EN ISO: 15027-3: 2012 and EN: 14225-2: 2017. When used with the Point Blank high threat buoyant plates it creates the ultimate Maritime Interdiction Soldier System. It also changes the dynamic of how an infanteer negotiates a water crossing.vWe have a complete field serviceable buckle system that has also been tested to and is certified to ISO EN: 12402-7: 2020 meeting the internation SOLAS standard.

We have two LPU (life preserver units) that meet the UK HSE PPE compatibility protocols. A 175 newton for litto-ral operations and a 250 newton option for all blue water operations.The Vault Vertical Assault tactical vest – A combat and law enforcement load carriage and protection system, designed specifically for the end user architectures and meets both mounted and dismounted requirements. No hook and loop failures as can occur through sand, algae, dirt, ice and water ingress.Countless hours were dedicated to the design of the system with as many again in testing. Working with other Crib Gogh platform partners making sure that all of the components of this capability have a unique and seamless integration when operational. Taking the best of the UK’s RCP consultants and the DSTL’ s input, our design philosophy resulted in the following design features:

Full System Integration. All of the system components are designed to work seamlessly together in a manner which enhances rather than inhibits the performance and function of each system component, whatever the operating terrain. Allowing full military kinetic drills to be achieved.

Operational footprint - Special attention was put into streamlining the final system by eliminating any loose ends with a completely clean front. This allows the dismount to manoeuvre in places where other systems fail due to the pouch configurations along their front. This meets all of the dynamic shooting drills required by today’s tier one capabilities. Robust, Lightweight yet Durable- Materials and design were carefully chosen to achieve maximum performance, comfort and survivability with the lightest possible weight, yet giving the maximum comfort, cooling and protection. It addresses the changing dynamic and need to view the "Soldier as an operational platform", creating an integration of capabilities, we bring exciting and new solutions to major challenges: Not all generic systems meet the specific risk to life operational needs that some combat units require and the Vault LCP bridges this shortfall. This is the only system that completed the arduous jungle trials in Malaysia in 2018 beating all of the other systems on the trial some of which were tier one systems. The Vault LCP through the innovative design and our working partners input has led to the increase in survivability, and a significant reduction in the thermal burden in turn reducing the cognitive burden. This all makes the user more energy efficient thus enhancing and increasing their operational awareness for longer periods.The system design facilitates full articulation of limbs and lumbar region to allow the user to move unencumbered. Having full diagonal and lateral movement means the user can engage the enemy whilst in a number of tight operational scenarios adopting the best position to protect themselves from enemy fire. The buckle system allows rapid scalability from a basic belt and yoke order, to tactical vest configuration and finally to full protection with soft and hard armour plates. Options include the one and three day patrol sacks, that are designed to work with a ballistic vest, as well as the 90-120L Anaconda Bergen, the only Bergen designed to be worn with full ballistic protection. Unique in their approach, it has a torsion system that allows for the rear plate to be encapsulated in the curve, allowing for a completely integrated fit. It has a quick release mechanism to release the rucksack in less than 5 seconds. A full spectrum of pouches is offered to compliment the integrated MOLLE belt. A load vest or basic yoke system are also available as options. Building on the legacy of Rogue System making this system another truly scalable vest, that meets a multitude of operational need in just the one system

The Vault LCP can be adapted and designed for integration with existing rucksack and other soldier system components if re-quired. It is designed to carry a variety of soft and hard armour solutions depending on the threat context and operational need.

The V2 Sit Harness is shown in both Urban/Mountain and swim rigUsing designs based on fusing knowledge and understanding from academic research bases such as the Royal College of Physicians (RCP) the Royal Society of Science (RSoS) and His Britannic Majesty’s Defence Scientific and Technology Laboratory (DSTL). Designed to meet the needs of an ever changing threat and greater environmental challenges of combat operations. Integrating the superior survivability characteristics of our previous systems with full operational options make the Vault LCP the class leader for future combat operational needs. It has a basic belt order that allows the vest to meet the needs of both male/female specific demands distributing weight and mass in different ways to legacy systems. Designed to meet and deliver significant improvements in survivability, lethality, mobility, sustainability and cognitive burden.

The Vault platform is based around a MOLLE belt that is designed to allow a yoke and a full complement of pouches, or a load vest to be quickly fitted to allow for basic soldiering drills. It can then be scaled up to a full operational tactical vest.

There is absolutely no stress to the spine from weight carried along the back with this system. Putting weight on to the lumbar region of the spine adds to long term disc and spinal damage later on in life. All of the Crib Gogh range including the rucksack range, puts the weight on to the working muscles along the back and not on to the spine.
